Communication
The most important element in our relationship with you is Communication. You may contact PRO DJs as many times as you wish to make you feel comfortable and confident about your upcoming event.

References
Any DJ service can tell you how great they are - we back it up. References with contact information is available upon request.

Preparation
Every last detail of your event will be confirmed no later than one week prior to your event.

Performance
Set-up will take place before your guests arrive and music will be playing at your scheduled start-time. PRO DJs staff will be dressed appropriately for your event and conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times. *PRO DJs always takes requests.

Follow Up
Our commitment to quality doesn't end when your event concludes. Your opinion about PRO DJs is very important to us. Following your event, you will be asked to critique our service.
